Cake Batter Cookie Bark
The viral Cookie Dough Bark just got even sweeter with this recipe using Cake Batter Cookie Dough cashew butter!
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup Cake Batter Cookie Dough CB
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 Tb coconut oil, divided
- ⅓ cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips
- sprinkles
Directions:
- Add the cashew butter and ½ Tb coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 25 seconds. Stir until smooth and add in the protein powder. Stir until a dough forms.
- Press flat onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Melt the chocolate chips and other ½ Tb of coconut oil together.
- Pour over the cookie dough. Top chocolate with sprinkles and place in the freezer to set.
- Once frozen ~30 mins or so break into pieces. Keep stored in the freezer and enjoy when you need something sweet!
